Most likely unrelated but I found a dinner plate size piece of greenish grey color aircraft aluminum with a line of rivets on it on CALO about 2/3 of the way to the north end 15 years ago.
A few minutes later in the same spot found a 12" wooden pulley wheel worn smooth with enough groove left to identify as a pulley.
