Some interesting data in this article concerning the monetary impact of recreational fisherman as well as evidence in protecting the sounds and estuaries from commercial fishing.

I’m pretty sure that every fisherman I’ve met on the OBX, Portsmouth, CALO, and on down the coast of NC already know that this can be done in NC, and should be done!
