Thanks. I checked the website before I posted this and did not find anything definitive, other than its illegal to catch drum in a net. Ive sent an email to everyone on the marine fisheries contact page. I tried this once before with a government website and it was a 2 months later when I received a reply. This time I even emailed the computer support person asking them to foreward the message to someone whom they know would check their email.
