thats why i've been hunting since the tourney.i broke ice going out of oyster creek last january 5th going duck hunting.i broke ice in creeks in beaufort,carteret,hyde,& dare from late dec. through the end of duck season.caught "some good" trout this spring & summer.first real winter we've had in a long time.NATURE is one thing,what OB MECHANIC DESCRIBED,SHOULD'NT HAPPEN!!!!!JUST CAUSE YOU GOT A LICENSE,DON'T MEAN YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING!THAT GOES FOR COMMERCIAL FISHING,GENERAL CONTRACTOR,OR DRIVERS LICENSE!!THERE NEEDS TO BE TIGHTER SCREENING ON ALL OF THEM!NEED TO START CHECK THOSE BEANERS CAST NETTING SHRIMP IN THE NORTH RIVER EVERY TIME I COME HOME.IF YOUR A ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CAN YOU KEEP MORE THAN I CAN BECAUSE YOU "NO SPEAK ENGLISH"??!!!! IT'S A SORRY WORLD WE LIVE IN!!!!
