Was over on the island from June 25 -30 did good on Monday afternoon caught trout, flounder,spots,whitings,and sharks and sting rays. Sharks was around 4ft long good fight with them and rays was big 3 to 4 foot wing spans.You just have to watch out for those little black flys they will bite through you socks. No problem with any other bugs.The rest of the week fishing was pretty good not many big fish like drum or anything for us, just good weather and water .Drove all the way to the south and not even a bite on Friday, headed back to cabins,after eating a bite went out in front of cabins and the fish started to bite whitings and spots at the breakers. Headed back down 11 more days will be in cabin 1 this trip.Meet some great people from Ohio that was in the cabin beside us.
