Thats why the fish get scarcer every year the shrimpers and netters,I have been out fishing on my boat for little tunny and watched in disgust as thousands of juvenile fish get shoved back in the water for the birds.Rec fishermen need to protest!still think couple thousand boats on trailers in capital at rush hour might get a point across it would say we stand together and fish and pay taxes and vote for your non helping legislative ass so do something or else!sorry guys soap box just shoots up under my feet when I here about by catch or commercials fishing in spawning areas.
