Family and I spent the week on Core Banks back in early August. During the week, the air suspension system failed on my truck. I was refered to Masons Auto and Truck Center in Smyrna by Ford. After confirming I could get my truck off at 12, I explained what was wrong and my problem of being on the island. Masons made a place for me immediately when I arrived there. They knew that if I was not back to Algers by 4pm, we would have to find a place to stay on the mainland that night.
Masons had me fixed and back on the road in time for us to enjoy a good meal on Harkers Island before taking the 4pm boat back across.
I was very impressed with the quality of work and the way they expedited my service to help us get back to the island and our vacation.
Truck trouble on the island is always a very stressful situation. I hope I do not need them again, but I will always have their number with me in case I do. The number is 252 729-3401.
