Agree with Gatorman on the small rigs, on the fish findeer rig would recommend a larger hook, you can go upto 10/0. Use circle hooks to help reduce mortality of oversized drum. Good luck!!
The photo attached to the link is a picture of how to make an easy multi hook rig. Just repeat the steps in the picture as many times as you want hooks then add a swivel on one end and a sinker clip on the other. You can also use this rig with a couple of #5 hooks and cut bait. My son pulled in a couple of 2-3 foot sharks on one of these rigs last trip.
