I recommend you purchase a good sharpener, and use it routinely, along with the size knives you need to clean the size fish you catch. Rapala is a good fillet knife. You also need a serated knife for cutting shark steaks, etc. One knife will never do it all. Commercial restaurant knives are also very good, but you have to sharpen them.
