late Sept should be decent time to
fish.. first of all, learn to read
the surf.. fish in the right places.
shell piles on the beach are a
tip-off; look for a line of breakers
30-50 yards out and and fish inside
those breakers.. also a bunch of
foot-prints in one area usually
means a hot spot
