Hello to all!! I am asking what kind of knot to use when joining a shock leader to the main line on a reel. In fact, I am also asking what line could be used as a shock leader as well. I have heard some type of hi-tek stuff or just heaver mono. I am using 25# Big Game on Penn 750 and 850s. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
And by the way, lets keep our thoughts with the all the Outer Banks folks. They may need our help soon. My company is already looking for vols to go down and help out after the storm with electronic equipment. I was the first to raise my hand!
