I do not mean to sound like I am judging but I was down with a group a few years ago when there was a depression just off the coast and that alone sent water over the island and left Davis under water and we had to leave with just one bag per person and leave our vehicles and other items there till it cleared out. I have never seen water like that in my life and it was scarey. So I guess that is why I feel like I do. Fishing will always be there but life comes and goes.
