much more complicated than it needs to be. about 18 inches of 60-lb mono snelled to a circle hook is all you need. tie a loop at the other end which hooks to your terminal tackle. the fish-finder slides along the line above the terminal tackle. you can tie one in a couple of minutes and it will handle anything youre likely to catch at the cape. no need for complicated bimini knots and such.
