Fished Cape Lookout Jetty needless to say my lucks still holding on....terrible!The fish were no biting although the water had cooled since Oct. it was 64 degrees but with the wind acting screwy the bite was not there.Anyone know how long the specks will be at the jetty and whats your best bait for December??
