me and my mates were on the banks Saturday sound side anchoring our skiff and saw a porpoise beached. I walked over and to my surprise it was a whale, and it was ALIVE. After much pondering and discussion we decided to tie a line to its tail and drag him into the water. It was all we could do to drag him, four of us tug-of-war style, back into the water. But he swam off! The animal was 10 ft long and appx 350 lbs. They say if you live long enuff youll see everything.
