heres the facts....recreationals will SPEND MONEY and FISH every year whether they ever catch a fish or not...more regulations, a fishing license....nothing you can do that will keep sports from fishing and buying new stuff, regardless of whether they EVER catch a fish....
Folks fuss about commercials ....commercials HAVE TO CATCH FISH to spend their time and money. recreationals don,t, soooo.. let the sports just keep crying and keep SPENDING THEIR MONEY, commercial keep catching the fish... that way the state collects from both..sports want to pay more and have more regulations???Fine with the state, they will oblige......
