I agree , if this is the case as it is on the north end of Carolina Beach. However,there is NO restrictions on that end. You can not even get any type of law enforcement to ge tinvolved if you report a specific incident.Every time I visit there are fresh vehicle tracks on the dunes,camping & fires on the dunes & when asked why there is no enforcement taking place the only response is that there is not enough personell to handle that area.As for the Ft Fisher area,only liscened vehicles are permitted & there are rangers & park personell constantly running the beach.Even at night I have never seen any poor conduct in that area.The north end is where the abuse takes place.
