Ive only been down twice this year and already seen one guy cuffed and stuffed so far.I dont know what he did to draw attn to himself but i had just talked to him 5 minutes earlier and he didnt seem so intoxicated to me....as for the new rangers they wont be there long...in the big scheme of things.
