Where is Tiderunner? I'm not sure if I should be skeered. If Tiderunner starts hunkering down, then I get skeered.
It looks like Myrtle Beach is a likely target. But Isaias is likely to bring a lot of rain to a lot of people all the way from Florida to Virginia.
