North Carolina needs to look at the un-ending hords of "sports" that fish 365 days a year! Believe it or leave it or leave it, The fish Kills are happening in the "Wal-Mart Coolers" of the "Just Keeping a few to eat" armies!!
This is the same crowd the joins the private agenda orginazation, CCA....and the same crowd that keeps screaming..The Commercials!!, The Commercials!! Wah!Wah!
I hope they scrap that crap called a salt-water fishing license!!!
We have never needed it....never will!
