John Couch, president of he Outer Banks Preservation Association, has agreed to talk with members about his group's efforts to ensure the continued use of off-road vehicles in Cape Hatteras National Seashore. The DIFF Club has joined Tread Lightly!, a not-for-profit educational group that teaches fishermen and others who enjoy the outdoors how to respect and preserve our natural resources. As a member of Tread Lightly!, DIFF will receive brochures and other educational material that will helps us minimize our impact on the island.
